bus4b accepts deposits via major Indonesian banks (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) and popular e-wallet services (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja). All transactions must be conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000 unless otherwise specified for certain payment methods.

All casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure random and fair outcomes. Sports betting results are determined by official league and competition outcomes as recognized by governing sports bodies. bus4b is not responsible for errors in third-party data feeds but will correct obvious mistakes when identified.
If a sporting event is postponed, abandoned, or cancelled, bet settlement follows sport-specific rules detailed in our Sports Betting Rules. Generally, bets on cancelled events are voided and stakes returned, unless the event is rescheduled and completed within 48 hours.
bus4b reserves the right to refuse or limit bets from any user at any time for any reason. We reserve the right to void bets placed on obviously incorrect odds (palpable errors), such as negative odds displayed due to technical error, or odds that are substantially out of line with the market. In the event of a technical malfunction affecting game fairness, all affected bets will be voided and stakes returned.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on bus4b and may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of balances, and legal action where applicable:

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, bus4b shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use or inability to use the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of bus4b services shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 90 days preceding the claim.
bus4b shall not be held liable for any failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, government actions, communication or power failures, labor disputes, or acts of civil or military authorities.
Our platform may contain links to third-party websites, services, or content for your convenience. bus4b does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for third-party websites or services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk and subject to their respective terms and policies.
You may request permanent closure of your account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon account closure, any remaining balance will be returned to you after verification, provided you have met all wagering requirements and there are no pending investigations. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the self-exclusion period.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately without prior notice if:
Upon termination for breach, we reserve the right to forfeit any remaining account balance and void all pending bets. If termination occurs due to regulatory requirements or platform closure, your balance will be returned after processing.
Accounts with balances that remain inactive (no login or wagering activity) for 180 consecutive days may be subject to a monthly administrative fee of Rp 50,000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower. We will notify you via registered email before imposing inactivity fees. Accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be permanently closed.
